At the beginning of February we were REALLY cold here. For three days Micah was very excited about the temperature reading at the bäckerei. The 1st day it showed -16 Degrees C, this is when Dan & Micah were still walking the 35 minutes to school. Dan mentioned that by the time he made it back to his office, he couldn't feel his legs anymore. The 2nd day, on the bus, the temp. was -17 C. By the 3rd morning it was -21 C. During this same time we all bought scraves, which Gabe said "helped his nose not freeze inside". We also were wishing for snow, but only received very frozen ground. After about a week of very cold we got snow!! The kids were very excited to play outside.

My parents then came to visit during the middle of Feburary. Our weather included a few brisk days, a little snow and ended with warmer weather. They left one day to early because...
Today we saw this
Sophia was playing outside in a T-shirt and the temperature was 12 degrees Celsius. We are now wishing for Spring. BTW, on our cold day it was reported that in Southern Germany they had the coldest temperatures ever recorded at -28 Celsius.
